Why choose us?

Strategic communications, engagement and marketing save time, money and reputation.

It's that important.

It's also that simple!

Our experience includes leading high-profile and challenging projects for government, that shape cities, build reputations, activate spaces and bring projects to market.

Before Communica, our experience was embedded in leading communications and engagement for government on projects including Revitalising Newcastle, Honeysuckle urban transformation and major renewable energy initiative, the Hunter Transmission Project.

We understand public sector constraints and how to create opportunities. We build advocacy, align priorities with policy and position our clients for success.

We connect the big picture and deliver integrated outcomes that strengthen your reputation and amplify what makes your organisation distinctive.

We don’t think micro, even when the projects are small.

Corporate function review and communications and engagement strategy

Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo)

Communica was engaged to undertake a corporate communications and engagement function review and develop a whole-of-organisation communications and engagement strategy and operating framework.

Working closely with senior leadership, we established governance, reporting and capability frameworks to support delivery across a growing portfolio of energy infrastructure projects.

Our scope included KPI alignment, operating model design, executive reporting dashboards and implementation guidance aligned with IAP2 best practice.

It also included the creation of a corporate communications and engagement strategy that provided robust corporate and project alignment to support key message delivery and coordinated functions, such as media, reporting and engagement best practice.
